Telehealth Counseling

Counseling & Telehealth

While Covid remains an issue, things become complicated when you or a family member are not feeling well. Should you cancel your counseling appointment? But especially now, you may feel you need to talk to your counselor. Telehealth Counseling allows you to keep your appointment while staying home if you don’t feel well or are at home with a sick family member. It is convenient and most people seem to prefer it to in person.

Many therapists are now offering phone or video sessions via HIPAA compliant video platforms that are safe and reliable. With Telehealth Counseling, you are able to literally see your therapist from the comfort and safety of your home or office. No worries over catching anything! Often people are sitting in their parked cars in their driveways (for privacy).

Following the outbreak and spread of the COVID-19, we started offering phone and video sessions to all of our clients. There is the obvious reason that we all want to be safe and avoid becoming infected and spreading the virus.

Telehealth is a great way to see your counselor without any worries over potential exposure to any illnesses, like COVID-19 or the Flu.
